The History of Greeley is told by "Spirits of the Past."
Each year in August, the Greeley Museums has a program featuring people of Greeley's past. It has been at Linn Grove Cemetary in the past but moved to Centennial Village in 2009.
Each person talks for about 15 minutes about their story.
Usually treats are supplied after the program. You may also bring a picnic to enjoy either before or after the program.
In 2009, we saw Psyche Boyd, Ynez Lopez, Mary Kornman, J.M.B. Petrikin, Martha and Leroy Carpenter, and Warren Monfort.
No matter how well you think you know Greeley history, you will learn something new.
